Enrolment procedure

We want all families to have a smooth orientation into the services and facilities that each of our centres offer.

Upon your initial enquiry at the centre, the Centre Director will make an appointment time to meet with you and your child and have a tour of the centre and the facilities.

At this time the Centre Director will provide you with an enrolment pack that contains enrolment forms, centre handbook, priority of access information, written information about the child’s carers and group, CCB information and policy file information.

Families are also given the opportunity to have a complimentary trial day in the centre so that you can observe your child’s interaction with the staff and the other children within the centre. Please note that you need to remain with the child during this time.

To confirm your enrolment, you need to complete the enrolment forms provided in the enrolment pack and nominate the start date for your child’s care and provide this form to the Centre Director.
